Step 7
Once you ’ ve covered the entire surface , place in the freezer for 5- 10 minutes . Once firm , gently remove the parchment paper and you should see the pattern in your buttercream .
Step 8 Grab your palette knives out and select the size you want for your leaves . I used my smallest knife . Load the knife with green buttercream and add your leaves sweeping up the cake in a zig zag pattern .
