Hello and welcome to our final issue of Cake ! Magazine for 2024 !
Here at ACDN we can ’ t get enough of Christmas and love publishing this issue each year ! We love seeing the new cakes , cookies and sweet treats our members have been creating , and bringing together an issue to inspire your own creativity this festive season .
On the 21 + 22 September we held our first Festival of Cake at The Timber Yard , Melbourne . What an amazing weekend it was and we can ’ t wait to do it all again next year on the 11 + 12 October at The Hordern Pavilion , Sydney !
We also celebrated the Australian Cake Decorating & Baking Industry Awards on the Saturday night of Festival of Cake . It was lovely to see so many of you there .
A big congratulations to all Award finalists and winners and thank you to our awards sponsors for your ongoing support .
We have had a massive year here at ACDN and we are so excited for an even bigger 2025 which will include the return of Cake Camp + so much more !
In this issue of Cake ! Magazine we are very lucky to feature a number of our award winners including Lena McKechnie , Katelyn Wait , Ivana Slegrova , Katie Cullinan & Vanessa Dzanovski !
