Tim Kenerson coordinates with consulting engineers and owners on the project design process and manages the AIT Composites engineering team who work together to bring the project from concept to completion . This can include preliminary or concept level design , estimating , final design engineering , specification writing , plan generation and review , load ratings , and contract procurement . After product fabrication , delivery , and installation ; the engineering team will also generate As-Built Load Ratings , Quality Assurance Reports , and As-Built Plans .

Logan Kenney is currently serving in the New Hampshire Army National Guard as their Design and Construction Branch Chief . His office operates as the owner ' s representative for the Federal government and the Army National Guard , providing turn-key project management in the lanes of construction , electronic security systems , building management systems , and facilities maintenance . He received his commission in the U . S . Army in 2008 , possesses a degree in Civil Engineering and an M . B . A . from the University of New Hampshire , is a registered Professional Engineer in NH , a Certified Energy Manager , and has a Project Management Professional certification . Logan lives in Dover , NH , with his wife and two young children .
