Guests enjoyed a sunset cocktail reception and dinner while listening to a concert of Belinda Carlisle on the grounds of the host , Papa Doug Manchester . Thanks to the community and sponsors such as Southwest Airlines the night raised critical funds benefiting San Diego County foster youth of all ages .
