THE WILSON ORGANIZATION ’ s owner has vast corporate and non-profit experience . He ’ s a Wharton MBA ; he ’ s also an accomplished musician . These dissimilar fields combine with his Black Indian identity to uniquely qualify Larry Wilson to lead “ TWO ,” which strengthens organizations through leadership components diversity , equity , and inclusion . Clients increase workforce diversity and reduce prejudice and discrimination . Wilson has faced bias-based trauma like the Black businesspeople and musicians who paved his way . One mentor – with whom Wilson performed – was Duke Ellington . Both turned negative encounters into positives , valuing and uplifting audiences . Today , TWO ’ s clients connect with Ellington ’ s refrain ,“ Our thanks for the wonderful ways you inspire us !”
