Our learners explored chemical changes and chromatography this month. We learned about the powerful effects of salt and vinegar and its ability to reverse oxidation. Our learners demonstrated this with old pennies and patience. We also experimented with chromatography and showed how colors are created and separated. In November, we’ ll continue to explore seasonal ideas and incorporate history into our work.

We are encouraging each family to shop for new gifts and needs with their own child to bring in for our Angel Tree Collection. Please make this charity event be a part of your Christmas season this year with your child, to show them that Christmas is for others, not just for ourselves.
