Fall , one of my favorite times of the year , is here and in full-swing ! From football , to pumpkins and to cool nights spent around a fire , and a great time to come to the Club . As our summertime activities go away , we are working hard to continue enhancing the member experience through the fall and winter .
The weekly specials in the Grill have been a big hit , more variety on the menu and more family friendly foods have kept us busy . This month is Southern Comfort Food every Wednesday , we will continue the $ 7 Burger Night on Thursday and Early Bird Dining is 4:00- 5:30 Wednesday thru Saturday . Check the calendar for Prime Rib Night , Sunday Brunch and Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go . Give us your order in advance and pick-up Wednesday , the day before Thanksgiving . Check out the attached flyer . Gary Ruley and his band will play on November 26th , come early for dinner at 6:30 with the entertainment starting at 8:00 . This event has been one of the most popular of the year , call early to make reservations and reserve your table . Jason Hostetter plays on Friday , November 19th in the Grill .
Several events on the golf course are planned before it gets cold . Fall Member / Member is the first weekend of the month , a Member Turkey Shoot Golf Member Event and Scott has planned a Cross-Country Golf Event Thanksgiving morning . Still room in all the events , sign up in the Proshop today .
Each holiday season our members are asked to contribute to the Employee Holiday Bonus Fund . The donations are distributed to all the employees according to their contribution and hours worked throughout the year . $ 35 is charged to each member account on your November statement . You can opt out of the donation , you can choose to contribute less money or you can contribute more . If you want to make any changes , call or email Susan , sdelfert @ lexingtongolfandcountryclub . com . Club staff has worked hard this year and appreciates contributions of any size this holiday season . Thank you again for supporting our staff .
