November is always a very busy month around the Club . There is a variety of fun tournaments and events to participate in .
Help support our local veterans by participating in our Veteran ’ s Day tournament on November 13th . Make sure to sign up early for the MGA Quad 4 and Just 4 Girls tournaments as space is limited and they fill up fast !
We have several club events in November . I highly recommend making reservations early for these events and anytime you dine at the Club . Space fills up fast so make your reservation now !
November Club Events 11 / 2 – Trivia Night 11 / 19 – Dinner and Dancing with Roger and Penny 11 / 25 – Thanksgiving Buffet
All the member golf groups are growing and will be in full swing by the end of November . We also begin the Florida tourism season and consequently have many more golfers on the courses . Help us help them feel welcome . With more people playing , we won ’ t have the speedy rounds we are so used to during the summer . We will work hard to keep pace moving in an effort to finish a round in a reasonable time .
The courses are in great shape going into this season . We ask that everyone does their part to keep our courses great . Please fill your divots and fix any ball marks you see on the greens . Please keep your carts on the cart paths around all tees and greens and avoid driving your cart in worn areas . One thing we do not talk about enough is taking care of the holes . Please do not use your putter to retrieve your ball out of the hole . If you prefer to putt with the pin in , please remove your ball from the hole before pulling the pin . Let ’ s all do our part to ensure the group behind you has the same great experience !
