“ The Quintessential Quahog Guide ,” August
The richly rewarding and beautifully crafted article “ The Quintessential Quahog Guide ,” was writing of the highest order . Writers Jamie Coelho , Kaitlyn Murray and Isabelle Paquette and especially “ A Rake ’ s Progress ,” by Todd McLeish , were outstanding . However , I have found that counting a clam shell ’ s growth rings to determine its age is just as hard as shucking them . They taste great , but it is also hard to know why the cost of harvesting the clams doesn ’ t match the cost of eating them at restaurants . They do taste good , though .

Your issue made me do a double take . Was this a 2020 copy or 2019 ? No one was wearing a mask in any of the photos . This country is going through a worse time than need be due to COVID-19 . In an effort to slow the coronavirus , the CDC and Governor Raimondo have been recommending that we wear masks when we are out in public . Being realistic by showing people wearing masks is one way to help normalize them .
