ATTENDANCE / CANCELLATION
In effort to limit no shows or excessive booking without attendance , any member who does not show up for their timeslot without cancelling more than 3 times will have their membership access to Splash Landings suspended for 1 month . If membership is suspended , reservations will be charged the daily fee .
Members must process their own cancellation online . Cancellations will be accepted up to 1 hour before the reservation begins . Cancellations will not be accepted if within 1 hour . Members looking to change their own timeslot must cancel their reservation and rebook a new timeslot . If a member would like to cancel a reservation the day of , the will need to notify aquatics @ glenviewparks . org at least 12 hours prior to not be penalized . Swimmers who paid the daily fee ($ 7 residents /$ 12 nonresidents ) will not be able to cancel or change their reservation . Daily visits are nonrefundable and a final sale .

PARK CENTER HEALTH & FITNESS MEMBER RESERVATIONS
Fitness Center reservations do not include access to Splash Landings . Members must book their swimming reservation separately .
Must bring your own towel . Staff will not be permitted to hand out towels
Splash Landings reservations do not include access to the Fitness locker room . Members must use Splash Landings locker room . Do not forget a lock if you plan to use a locker .
