BASKETBALL PROGRAM

Squads will be formed according to state guidelines primarily by grade level and school and managed by volunteer coaches . Due to enrollment numbers , some schools may be split into multiple groups . Squads will participate throughout the season as a cohort group . During each squad meeting , coaches will run short nocontact skills , drills , practices , and trainings during their 1-hour scheduled time period .

• Once groups are formed players will not be switched to other groups for any reason .

• Face coverings will be required for coaches and participants .

• All participants must provide their own basketball .

• Due to guidelines and spacing requirements , spectators will be unable enter the facility . All participants must be dropped off and picked up in designated areas .

• Waitlists are updated daily and enrollment is ongoing . Please register even if your section has a waitlist .

• All squad meetings will be held at Park Center , 2400 Chestnut Ave .

The Park District will continue to update our winter basketball program to comply with all IDPH guidelines .
