The project consists of the construction of eleven (11) new bridges and both temporary and permanent walls and realignment of existing roadways and exit ramps. Tony’s primary responsibility is to manage field personal and all sub-surface related construction operations. He is a licensed P.E. in Indiana and a LEED Accredited Professional. Claude has over 25 years in the construction and precast concrete industry. Prior to working at NPCA, he was an operations manager at a precast concrete manufacturing plant for 10 years. He serves on various ASTM and ACI committees and enjoys presenting to a variety of audiences on his favorite subject: concrete!
