ARC Application Deadline : November 11 , 2022 no later than 12:00 P . M .
Applications for Trash Enclosures are required but the $ 25.00 fee will be waived . Fee also waived for parking pads should you choose to build one for additional parking on your own property .
All October Approval letters were emailed so if you did not receive it check your spam mail or give us a call at 302-933-8072 ext . 101 .
Political Signs Political signs may be posted on the property of a unit to identify candidates and / or ballot questions associated with an upcoming election . Two ( 2 ) signs per property will be allowed and may not exceed 18 inches high by 24 inches wide . The signs may be placed not earlier than thirty ( 30 ) days prior to the election and must be removed within thirty ( 30 ) hours after the election .
Note : No signs are permitted on common areas other than to announce the location for a political meeting . These signs will be allowed for a maximum of four ( 4 ) hours and must meet the size requirements identified above .
Gym Reminder
Only residents are permitted to use the gym facilities and no guests are allowed . Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times . We may be asking for ID .
Tennis shoes are required . Please be respectful of others and use earbuds when listening to your favorite music or podcast .
