Fighting Fatigue! Have you ever felt like Garfield? It turns out we may be able to take a valuable lesson from our feline friend - napping is good for us! Naps can be a particularly useful way to get rid of the dreaded afternoon slump. However, many of us do not have the time to squeeze in a nap (nor can we afford to succumb to nap attacks!), so, here are some other ways to beat the urge to snooze. ? Doing some physical exercises or stretching ? Stand up while on the phone ? Taking a brief break to engage your mind with something else If you’re continually feeling sleepy, try looking into what could be causing it and attacking the issue at its root.
