Fighting Fatigue!
Have you ever felt like Garfield? It turns out we may be able to take
a valuable lesson from our feline friend - napping is good for us!
Naps can be a particularly useful way to get rid of the dreaded
afternoon slump. However, many of us do not have the time to
squeeze in a nap (nor can we afford to succumb to nap attacks!),
so, here are some other ways to beat the urge to snooze.

Doing some physical exercises or stretching
?
Stand up while on the phone
?
Taking a brief break to engage your mind with something else
If you’re continually feeling sleepy, try looking into what could be
causing it and attacking the issue at its root. It may be one of the
following.

Ongoing stress
?
Improper nutrition
?
Lack of sleep
?
Boredom
