◆ Eliminate From My Day-To-Day Routine : Honestly nothing on the daily routine . But on the weekend routine , laundry . Not the washing or drying part , the putting away part .

◆ My Go-To Way to Relax After a Stressful Day : Bag of sour cream and onion chips , a Dr . Pepper , and laughing with my daughter while we both decompress from the day . She ’ s in high school – everyday is stressful for her !!

With the support and confidence of the great leaders in my life , we have developed a dynamic leadership team .

◆ Goal I ' m Working Toward : I am less than 2 years away from achieving 10 years with my company , Confluence . Every 5 years , Confluence grants a paid sabbatical , so I ’ m excited to reach 10 years and have a fun 4 weeks off work spending time with my family and traveling .
