2024 HOUSING SUMMIT
Earlier this fall , the annual CAA Housing Summit was held in early October with the goal of connecting policymakers with industry professionals to increase understanding about our industry and discuss issues affecting the housing market in Colorado .
The Summit featured several legislators and guest speakers , led off by Nolan Gray of California YIMBY who gave a presentation on the effects of zoning on the housing industry . Presentations by Teo Nicolais , Scott Rathbun , and Terrance Hunt rounded out the lineup with presentations discussing current housing policies and the state of the multifamily market in Denver .
The Summit also included panel discussions with numerous State Representatives and Candidates .
AAMD and the Colorado Apartment Association would like to thank all in attendance for participating in vital conversations that will move the association forward and ensure that we are meeting the needs of our members .
