Legal Aid Society Kicks Off Young Advocates Group at Mini Golf Mixer
“ Legal Aid Young Advocates ” hosted their first event in Delray Beach September 23 , 2024 . Chairmen Josh Benrubi , Esq . and Josh Resnick , Esq . coordinated the event to raise money and support for The Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County .
Almost 100 people attended the event at PopStroke in Delray Beach . The new donor circle called “ Legal Aid Young Advocates ” raised over $ 10,000 at the inaugural event .
The Legal Aid Young Advocates committee members include Will Floersheimer , Corey Gross , Laura Nyguen , Zach O ’ Neill , Dina Rosenbaum , Jordan Roth and Kelly Schulz . The Honorable Lauren Burke and the Honorable Melanie Surber attended . Legal Aid Board members in attendance were Rick Benrubi , Alan Burger , Nick Johnson , Wilnar Julmiste , Tama Kudman , Scott Murray and Mathew Zimmerman .
Old Dominion National Bank was the Presenting Sponsor . Other major sponsors were McDonald Hopkins and Truist Wealth . Josh Benrubi and Josh Resnick welcomed the crowd and outlined their plans for future events .
