Fortunately for DCS , the technological platform was more expansive . WITH A CULTURE OF TECHNOLOGICAL RELIANCE ESTABLISHED , VIDEO INTERACTIONS WERE CONSIDERED A CONVENIENT AND WELCOME OPTION FOR OFFICERS THEREBY CREATING A PLATFORM FOR PRODUCTIVE CONVERSATIONS WITHOUT DISRUPTING THE LIVES OF SUPERVISEES .
The video interactions used during a global pandemic are a good tool to conventionally address any risks and needs that a supervisee may have in a controlled environment .
