Denver Overview:
The 1st quarter (Q1) of 2014 saw an average sales price in Denver of
$330,736, with Sellers receiving an average of 98.38% of their ask price.
That figure is 5.5% above last year’s Q1 average of $313,634.
Wheat Ridge has also seen huge gains year over year. From 2012 to 2013,
it saw average prices rise 11.9% from an average of $222,240 to $248,843.
From 2011 to 2012 also saw a strong gain of 9.6% from an average of
$202,845 to $222,240. 2014 has shown us something far more striking.
The average sales price in the City and County of Denver for March 2014 For Q1, 91 Wheat Ridge homes sold at an average of $268,545, and Sellers
