credit ed by many f or pioneering product l icensing; her l ikeness appearing on everyt hing f rom dol l s, dishes, and even bars of soap.
As wit h most chil d st ars, her popul arit y began t o wane as she grew ol der, she ret ired f rom f il ms al t oget her in 1950. But Hol l ywood woul d not
