A PARTNERSHIP between you and your Host
Your Host will be your biggest supporter : they can help network on your behalf , and their trust in you will turn into their guests ’ trust in you . So we owe it to each and every Host to coach them well – their success is our success !
Host Coaching is the advice and support a Consultant gives their Host to ensure that the Host has the experience they expect and the results they want . While individual support will vary on the kind of party and Host you ’ re planning with , you ’ ll always want to :
• Connect with your Host multiple times to build a relationship and excitement . ( Remember , they ’ ve probably never done this before !)
• Ask your Host to personally invite guests ( and teach them what to say - provide them the invite template you ’ ve used in the past ).
• Encourage your Host to over-invite . Share this fact : Only 30 % show up and not every one of those will buy
• Hosts need one Booking to “ unlock ” their referral rewards — Guests can book their own parties and the very best Hosts have regular events every 3 months so their friends can re-stock their Norwex products .
• Set expectations . Explain that it ’ s important for your Host to interact and be active during the party — this includes virtual gatherings too ! Imagine if this were an in-person home party and they invited all of their friends and then just hid in their bedroom the whole time … Awkward , right ? Same idea for online !

Lend them some products and provide them with relevant information
before their event so they feel prepared and confident !
