Seabin Project
It all started from a passion for the oceans and the hard realisation that human over-consumption and waste mismanagement was killing our oceans . This is how Andrew Turton and Pete Ceglinski , two avid water lovers , created the “ Seabin ” that would collect trash , oil , fuel and detergents . Their mission statement is simple : To live in a world without the need for Seabins . It may seem like a contradiction but at the end of the day , marine litter should not be in the water in the first place .
There is no planet B , and Norwex Europe aims to help our waters stay clean and free from waste by having a Seabin in each of our European markets . Did you know that every minute , a garbage truckload of plastic waste enters the world ’ s oceans and every year , 100,000 marine animals die from ingesting or getting tangled in plastic bags ? Through our global seabins , we are helping to collect an estimated 20 tons of debris every year and through our efforts to utilise OceanBound plastic in many of our products , as well as improving our packaging and utilising recycled yarn for part of our microfibre cloths , we ’ re committed to a more sustainable future .

Future Dreams
Future Dreams is a UK-based charity whose mission is to support those facing breast cancer . Started in 2008 by mother and daughter Sylvie Henry and Danielle Leslie who were both diagnosed with breast cancer and tragically , both lost their lives to it , Future Dreams continues Sylvie ’ s and Danielle ’ s legacy and has raised over £ 6.5 million for support , awareness , and research . Through these three crucial efforts , and the generous push of continued individual and corporate donations , Future Dreams believes that by 2050 everyone who develops breast cancer will live . We at Norwex Europe are proud to be able to help women and men live happy , healthy , cancer-free futures !
Some of Future Dreams ’ efforts include individual support through items ranging from care packages to advanced machines that help prevent chemotherapy-related hair loss , the Sisterhood Bra campaign to help women who cannot afford purchasing mastectomy bras , funding research into secondary breast cancer , and creating and supporting breast health awareness programmes . Henry Allen Trust
Born in 2014 from a brave boy ’ s final wish to help other children and their families create memories and fulfil wishes , the Henry Allen Trust is dedicated to making Henry ’ s vision come true by helping those families who need to find smiles when they ’ re in pain . Since then , Henry ’ s Team has grown and they ’ ve been able to provide Treats and Wishes to families across the country as well as financial and counselling support .
The Trust aims to provide benefits for the patients of children ’ s hospital oncology units through many avenues - patients and families support through equipment as well as services ( such as counselling , financial assistance , education , Treats and Wishes , or care packages ), helping provide respite to oncology patients through short breaks and holidays , and educating the public regarding life threatening diseases and terminal illnesses in children .
