DID KNOW?
Did you know if you are subscribed to Office Suite
you can move your Customer Orders and attach them
to a Party Order?
Simply raise a Support Ticket and ensure you include
the details for the Party Order you wish to attach it to
– including date of the party and the Party Name.
*Remember, we are only able to move current month
orders to an open Party Order.
Emailing a Guest a Receipt for their Order
To assist you in being more environmentally friendly,
you are able to provide your Customers with an
electronic receipt of their order via your NCO. If you
have selected the option to send Product Information
Sheets under your Order Preferences in your Profile,
the receipts will also include Product Instructions.
Please be aware that this is not an automatic process,
and the Customer must have provided their email
address at the time of placing their order.
To send the email, click on the envelope in the order
summary page after you have submitted the order.
3. Deleting a payment – this sends a request to the
bank to release the pre-authorised funds.
This can take 5-10 business days and it is important to
keep your Customer informed when this happens. Until
the bank releases the funds your Customer will not be
able to withdraw the money from an ATM or spend the
money elsewhere while the hold is in place.
4. Re-adding a payment – if you delete a payment for
an order and then add a new payment, your Customer
will see 2 transactions on their account until the first
(deleted) payment is released.
This could possibly create financial hardship for your
Customer if they are not aware of what has happened.
SOLUTION?
Rather than delete and add a new payment, just
top up the payment for the extra amount owing.
Account Balance Payments for orders
Did you know you can use available Account Balance
amounts to pay for orders?
Remember, any amounts you use in an order will
‘hold’ this amount from your refund balance.
HOT TIP Regularly check your open orders to
ensure that your funds aren’t being held in error
