Health and Wellness Claims
The Australian & New Zealand legislation has specific rules regarding health claims that must
be followed. Consultants are not permitted to make claims or representations regarding the
Norwex products other than those claims and representations found in marketing materials
created or distributed by Norwex. While the benefits experienced by reducing the use of
chemicals can often be felt physically, we cannot claim nor imply that using Norwex products
provided these results. All claims must be consistent with Norwex marketing materials.

time to fully understand the fine print, “terms & conditions”, at the bottom of our flyers,
with all incentives, specials etc. Incentives stock is often limited and can be based on a
first come first served basis. Also products are generally subject to change for another
Norwex product of equal or greater value without notice!
