Hints and Tips about
Shopping Sprees
Here are some Hints and Tips to help
you navigate your way around using
your Shopping Sprees on the NCO.
1. When you receive a Shopping Spree, an Icon
will appear on your NCO dashboard. It will
show you the balance you have remaining to
spend.
2. Shopping Sprees have expiry dates. You
can see a list of your Shopping Sprees, the
amount left to spend and the expiry date of
each under the My Business Menu /Shopping
Spree Balance.
3. When your Shopping Spree is due to expire,
the Icon at the top of your NCO dashboard,
will show the amount that is due to expire
within the next 7 days in red.
4. Shopping Sprees are flexible and do not need
to be spent all at once and can be sent to any
address.
5. If you start a Shopping Spree, it will hold this
amount and reduce your available balance.
6. Always check to see if you have a current
open Shopping Spree order before starting a
new one.
7. If you create a Shopping Spree order and
USE THE FULL available amount in the order,
but DO NOT SUBMIT, this order CANNOT be
accessed at a later date to submit. The only
way to then access these Spree dollars is to
delete the order and start again.
