Hi Paul, welcome to Norwex and

chat!
How are you finding your new role at
Norwex so far?
It’s been great! Everyone is very
helpful and really feeling the Team
vibe.
Where have you most recently come
from?
Working in logistics for a delivery
partner on the NBN network.
Vanuatu, Fiji when taking the kids!
If you could be any animal, which
would you be?
Grizzly Bear, they get to go fishing
daily.
In your role with logistics, what do you
enjoy the most?
Process improvement and Inventory
Management. I enjoy tasks that
require critical thinking and finding
answers to complex problems.
What motivates you?
My family and a cohesive team
working environment. Who would you most like to swap
places with for a day?
Someone who goes fishing for a job,
Maybe Mark Berg or Robson Green
Where’s your favourite place in the
world?
In Australia it is Fingal on the northern
NSW coast. Overseas I would say What family traditions do you enjoy
the most?
Christmas, love being involved with
the kids on this day every year.
What’s the best thing that has
happened to you so far this week?
There was a public holiday? Also tied
in with my birthday on the 6th of May.
How do you wind down after work?
Getting back into hitting the gym, find
it’s a great way to wind down before
spending time with the family at night.
What are you most looking forward to
achieving in 2018?
Improving the process methods within
Logistics; and on a personal level
getting the fitness level back to where
it should be.
