NCO Updates paperless Going with your Norwex business Leanne’s Tips Hi Leanne. Thanks for sharing with us your tips on how Going Paperless has improved your Norwex Business. What made you go Paperless? Before going paperless I struggled with the Paper War I had going on! I’m not big on filing so my office became a state of chaos creating a disorganised, unproductive working space. I was also not happy with the amount of paper being used and the impact this has on the environment that we are all working so hard to help improve and sustain! What has been the biggest Improvement in Going Paperless and why? Entering orders via my device at parties! This has been a huge time saver - no more entering orders when I get home. It also works well for making sure I get everyone’s info. I no longer get home and find someone has biffed an order form at me on their way out and not filled in all their details. It creates the scene of the guest having a ‘check out chat’ with me! If someone has to leave early or wants to contact me the next day with their order, I still ask for and enter their details, that way I can contact them if they do not contact me. I love having the Host Rewards tally on hand and can give updates on where the Host is at throughout the checkout process, the Host and Guests thrive on 26 NCO Updates this and they tend to work together to help get to another level of reward! For party bookings it works great to get them to date their party then and there as they can see a date and time is required to be entered into our system. How has having all your Customer notes and ordering history online and all in one place helped? With recurring Customers, the ordering process is very quick and easy with their details popping up. A feature I really enjoy is the notes section we have under each contact (in the Norwex Consultant Office), upon check out I have a quick look at my customer notes (something when writing notes on previous party order forms you do not have with you at the next party) and I can ask them questions like “Mary, you mentioned when I called you last month that you would like to get a towel set at the next party….” “So Ruth, how was your trip to Rarotonga?” instructions via email! When sending the email receipt & instructions I add my personal thank you note under the Custom Message which includes advising them to click on and read the Product and Care Instruction links. I provide a link inviting them to join my VIP Group, and in my signature, I add links to my Website and Facebook Business page. Sounds great! How would you summarise the benefits you have had in your business by Going Paperless? Time Saving – has reduced my workload and NO FILING!! I’m more Organised, less Chaos I have constructive Check Out Chats I’m getting Dated Bookings Easier & improved Customer Care and relationships It has increased my membership in my VIP Group Better for the Environment I love having the notes section and order history as my memory bank and I am really excited about the new mobile app and having this information readily available on our phones!
