Congratulations to Belinda Howard
on achieving Executive Sales Leader
level in November!
Promoting to any form of leadership was
not something I ever imagined when I fell in
love with Norwex and knew I had to share
it with others in Gippsland (Victoria). Being
the first Consultant in our area and never
having been to a Norwex party I relied a
lot on the support of my amazing Upline
Leanne Arnold. Leanne was the best support
in starting out and also in this promotion.
It was her phone call on the 29th of October
that inspired me to make a dash to the finish
line as I thought it was too far out of reach
with only 2 ½ days to go (and only ½ the
engaged Recruits I needed!) As a Team, we
decided to plan to promote after attending
National Conference in August. Spending
time with the amazing Leaders of Norwex and
being surrounded by so many like-minded,
motivated and passionate women (and men!)
ensured we all walked away wanting to share
our love of Norwex even further. As a
Team, we developed a plan, offered engaging
incentives for the month of October and set
to work to ensure all our hard work would
pay off. I was extremely lucky to have one of
my associate Recruits and now good friends
Leesa Brideson running with me and together
over many coffees, meetings, phone calls,
plans and back up plans, we made promoting
our goal and we ran for it.
Promoting is very much a Team effort
and when I told my personal Recruits how
close I was to getting there they absolutely
blew me away with their support and their
commitment to our Team. Every Recruit I
rang went above and beyond to touch base
with Customers, advertise the monthly
specials and rally together to collect orders
to engage their accounts. I am so proud to be
part of this amazing Team and the difference
we are making in the lives of all around us.
