Get to know your Leaders Congratulations to Katie Batchelor for promoting to ESL in June. This month was a huge month personally for her, a promotion and she even travelled overseas for 2 weeks. Goes to show that with great planning and dedication, you can have it all. We asked Katie a few questions and this is what she said… What does being an ESL actually mean to you? I am so excited that our Team has achieved this promotion. We tried back in May too and missed out sadly but that gave us the determination to try again as we knew it was possible. Last month only 11 of my Team were engaged but the EOFY sale was a perfect opportunity to give it another go and the Hamilton Island trip was in my sights! This time we made it and I’m so proud of everyone for pulling together. It’s been a fun ride! This month you also achieved the Cruise, how did you manage to get your Team on board to promote and also go away on holidays mid month? The last few months have been a challenge that’s for sure! By the end of April I still had $16,000 to do to achieve the cruise and only 6 weeks left to do it as I was away in Europe for 2 weeks in June. We also ran a Team incentive in the last few days as with 2 days to go we still needed 6 more to engage but they rose to the challenge and we got there! I know for sure that the support of my upline, wider Team members and my RSM have been truly invaluable and the culture we work in is one of the reasons I love Norwex so much. Over the past few months, has there been anything different you have been doing to get you to where you are today? Hearing Brian talk at Leadership Conference this year was a game changer for me. His focus on servant heartedness made me realise I could improve what I was doing and helped me change my point of view on Host coaching. As a result my bookings increased significantly which enabled me to fill my diary and achieve what I needed. I also now focus on the Dream Starter Kit Plus when I do my demos and consequently sell mostly those as I truly love the Dish Cloths and the
