On exceeding her goals in
2018, Bronwyn Jahnke shares
with us her Norwex Why!
M
y name is Bronwyn Jahnke,
I hail from Wellington, New
Zealand and I have recently promoted
to Senior Executive Sales Leader. I
have a super supportive husband,
George and together we have 5
amazing kids – Kaea, Kiera, Kaitiaki,
Kiana and 5 month old Anahera – we
are the Norwex Kardashians.
I joined Norwex in September 2016.
I was closing down another business
and saw straight away that Norwex
could replace this lost income via
products that would be hugely
popular as they are used everyday and
have so many amazing benefits. What
appealed the most was that Norwex
could offer me passive income which
was a carrot to me as I also have a
couple of other businesses. George and
I organise the majority of the Touch
Rugby modules in Wellington so our
summer is crazy, and we also have a
MirrorMe Booth which is a next level
photo booth hired out for events. So
having no set sales targets and making
it my business my way meant that I
could still operate these businesses
and enjoy the Norwex opportunity
with the intention to work more in it
over the winter months.

When I joined Norwex, due to my
other roles, my intention was only
ever to promote to Sales Leader,
thinking that is all I could manage
with my time. Well that got left in
the dust as I achieved SESL in May.
The reason I have promoted higher
is due to my amazing Team (Team
Inspiration) and upline Amber
Thomas. We have such a supportive
and positive culture that made me
want to strive for a higher position to
honour the ladies and also, because
I actually love Norwex. The kaupapa
(mission), the staff, the products, the
vibe and the opportunities available. I
was incredibly proud when I achieved
Red Jacket of both myself and my
Team as we had 4 other members
promote to either Team Coordinator
or Sales Leader, and over half of the 75
required to promote were my personal
Recruits.
But that’s not all May brought about
for me. Boy was it a tiring month.
Not only did I promote to SESL, I
also achieved Goal 5 of the Go For
The Goal incentive being the Cruise
around the Mediterranean and,
due to my amazing Team and party
schedule, a trip to the North American
Get to Know Your Leaders . Bronwyn Jahnke SESL
Conference in Dallas – the trifecta!
The great thing about achieving the
Cruise in May was I was able to take
my foot off the pedal in June, have
some quality family time on the Ripper
Rugby sidelines, focus on my Team’s
needs and plan a great start to July and
the next Go For The Goal year. I have
a number of Team members going for
promotions this month which I am
excited about as they truly deserve to
hit their goals and earn the Hamilton
Island incentive.
My favourite products are the Kitchen
Cloth (staple I can’t live without), the
Lip Balm, Crystal Deodorant and of
course, the Mop System!
I am currently reading the Leadership
Challenge and a quote I go by is simply
– Love Life.
