This month we congratulate Annie Hannson from Hobart who
not only promoted to Sales Leader but in the first month of the
Hamilton Island incentive has also earned her trip away. We
asked Annie to share her month with us.
My journey with Norwex has been amazing so far.
I signed up in September as a partying Consultant
and had no intention of running my business as
a Leader. Because of this, I didn’t actively try to
promote to Team Coordinator but I really wanted the
business incentives so I went for it! I promoted at the
right time, as I earned free Leadership Conference
registration and went along! Once I had been to
Leadership Conference at the start of the year, I knew
this is exactly where I wanted to be!
With Hamilton Island being a bucket list destination
for me, as soon as the promotion was released at
the start of June, I excitedly told my partner I really
wanted to earn it! This is when I began planning how
to promote in June, as well as how to get the sales
requirement.
Due to my busy work schedule, I started out only
doing online parties due to having the family time

with my two children, Lucas who is 5 and Mason who
is 2, on weekends and week nights. I have recently left
my full time job to be a stay at home mum, so have
been able to move from holding only online parties,
to holding both online and in home parties. I schedule
parties for Friday nights and Sunday mornings or
afternoons. This allows me to party 2-3 times a week,
plus any online parties I may be doing through the
week.
I spoke to everyone in my Team to let them know
what my goals for the month were, I am so lucky to
have such a supportive Team of ladies who all got
behind me 100%! With the support and a push from
the amazing Social Butterflies Leaders, I am thrilled
to have achieved the Hamilton Island incentive in the
month of June! They got behind me, and gave me the
confidence I needed to make this happen!
