Congratulations
Kelly McGurk is so excited about heading off to South Africa in
September. Let’s hear why!
Kelly McGurk . Executive Sales Leader . QLD
It shocked me to feel like I
was 'Going to Africa' when
at Conference last yea r we
were given a spectacular
announcement for our new
destination in the Go For The
Goal 2017 year. Why did it
shock me to feel this way?
Well I had just achieved my
first ever overseas trip to join
those of our Norwex family
heading to Hawaii and I knew
if I just kept on working my
business every day as I already
did, and learning with every
training and opportunity
they gave me, I couldn't or
wouldn't fail! It was Africa
after all, and there is only one
way to go in this business for
me, forward. Because I love it,
love everything about what
we have and all that we can
10
achieve and I embrace every
opportunity I have to share
that with others and improve
their lives too.
Being so passionate about
what we do, it was easy to
set my goals, break them up
into bite sized pieces and
reach harder. I knew I couldn't
let one slip past when the
outcome was just too good
to resist. For my family, it
will never be in the budget
to visit the African continent.
My other half has other plans
for our family travels and this
was my way to see more of
the world that I have always
wanted to explore. Now I'm
even able to do this with the
company of women that I
truly adore spending time
with and its such a great way
PEOPLE . leader interview with Kelly McGurk
to spend quality time with
friends I've made from both
of our countries. I know
for me, it gave me drive to
have already been on one
destination trip not to miss
any others we were offered. I
feel like I work so hard to be
consistent in our business and
have a passion that grows
everyday for the education
we share. I am consistently
showing up, no matter how
far I have to drive or how
much effort I need to put in,
and am always networking
with others to better myself
and share with them what I
have found is working or not
:) We do it together, we do it
for our Teams, we do it for our
families but we also do it to
be rewarded for our passion
