While achieving Senior Executive Sales Leader has
been a personal goal of mine, the best moment was
when it became a Team goal.
Achieving this goal as a Team was exceptionally
rewarding for everyone involved. I am so proud of
Team Synergy for making and owning our red jacket
movement. The passion that drove these ladies to
become a Red Jacket Team was so fantastic to watch
and be a part of. Thinking back on the messages “I
am placing an order now” and the regular “how far
off are we” questions still gives me goosebumps –
Team Synergy owns this promotion, it was a real
Team effort, driven by the power of coming together
and achieving a common goal and sharing the
benefits of Norwex to others.
Our Team Motto – “Working together for a brighter
tomorrow” was definitely in full force during the
month of November. I am exceptionally proud and
honoured to be representing these amazing ladies at
a senior level, I am looking forward to guiding them
through their next Norwex adventures, empowering
them, and continuing to grow our Team. I am also
excited about my own personal development ahead
as a Senior Leader and where this is going to take
myself and Team Synergy.
