Designed to provide information and education to those diagnosed with diabetes , the free class covers topics such as blood glucose monitoring , diabetic risk reduction , living an active life , medication review , healthy eating , problem-solving and healthy coping . Living Well classes will teach attendees how to live a healthier and more productive lifestyle with the help of Julia Danforth , MD , who is board-certified in lifestyle medicine .
