Now to align interests regionally and trans-border , PNAA “ Convened the PNW Aerospace Cluster .” Twenty-seven organizations , each with a footprint in aerospace , met to share insights and best practices . Building on this outreach , PNAA extended a handshake to the European Aerospace Cluster Partnership ( EACP ) and signed a Memorandum of Cooperation strengthening our international presence and relationships . By 2018 , PNAA had solidified its leadership role , serving as the resource for aerospace manufacturers , solution and support services , elected , community and strategic stakeholders .
