Once in the lounge you can select the Buyer with whom you wish to meet , click on their logo and send an email directly to the Buyer to schedule your meeting . The Buyer will then reply with a day and time . In your email to the Buyer be sure to attach your portfolios and any information that might be helpful in describing your company . If it is clear you are not a fit for the Buyer , they may respectfully decline to meet .
