Vivek founded Advisory Aerospace OSC with a clear operations and supply chain focus to enable digital transformations and to provide transaction support ( market and operations due diligence & integration ). Previously , he was an aerospace practice leader at ICF Consulting . He also served as a Plant Manager , a Chief Engineer and a General Manager at Pratt & Whitney .

EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT , GENERAL MANAGER / Silicon Forest Electronics
Jay leads SFE ' s Business Development , Program Management and Operations functions . He has been in Aerospace , Defense , and Medical electronics manufacturing since 1984 . Currently , he is the Board Chair of the Pacific Northwest Defense Coalition , an Advisory Board member of the SW Washington STEM Network , and a member of the High-Tech Council of SW Washington .
AMANDA SIMPSON
VICE PRESIDENT FOR RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY / Airbus Americas
With more than 30 years of aerospace industry experience , Ms . Simpson joined Airbus in 2018 following several government assignments in the U . S . Department of Defense . She is responsible for coordinating external research activities for Airbus in the U . S . and establishing strategic direction and funding opportunities .

AEROSPACE CONSULTANT
Ron is a business development and market analysis expert with more than 20 years of experience specializing in aerospace , defense , robotics and unmanned systems . His work facilitates interaction between engineering , business capture , marketing and senior leadership . Ron has worked with design and manufacturing companies , Tier 1 defense primes , technology startups and domestic and international government organizations .
NORBERT STEINKEMPER
VICE PRESIDENT COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING / Broetje Automation
Since joining Broetje-Automation in 2018 , Norbert is responsible for corporate marketing and communications , as well as strategic networking with private and public stakeholders . Before joining Broetje Automation , Norbert served as Cluster Manager at Niedersachsen Aviation , a leading aerospace cluster in Northern Germany .
