support and maintenance. Eduardo
travels to Spain every eight-to-nine
weeks, while others go around three
times a year.
Speaking Spanish is an asset to
company employees, but Ricardo
Iñurria, managing director of MTor-
res America said, “Most colleagues at
our Spanish sites are bilingual,” but
said that speaking Spanish,“ is not
mandatory and will not prevent an
American colleague from traveling to
Spain.”
