Tim Peters is vice president and general
manager of Commercial Derivative Aircraft
for Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS).
Named to this position in 2018, he is responsi-
ble for customer satisfaction, quality, cost, and
schedule performance of Boeing’s commercial
derivative aircraft programs, including the KC-
46, P-8 and VC-25B.

Jennifer Ferrero, APR, provides
marketing and communication services to
the Center of Excellence. She is nationally
accredited in public relations, and frequently
writes about workforce development and
education in the aerospace and advanced
manufacturing industries.
Previously, Peters served as vice president of
Boeing Test & Evaluation, a part of Engineer-
ing, Test & Technology. He was responsible for
laboratory and flight test operation, in support
of validation and certification of Boeing com-
mercial and defense products.
Scott Emerine, M.Sc. serves as the public
relations and media relations representative
for ASU. He has a Master of Science degree
from Boston University, and Bachelor of Science
degree from Oral Roberts University. He is a
member of the marketing committee for the
Idaho Aerospace Alliance, is a member of the
NBAA and HAI. He is Co-Founder of Branding
Iron, a full-service marketing, advertising and
public relations firm. Emerine has worked in the
aviation marketing business for 15 years and
has more than 20 years of marketing and com-
munications experience. He can be reached at

Bryan Corliss is a national award-winning
content strategist and journalist with nearly
two decades of experience writing about the
aerospace and aviation industries.
As a public relations pro, he’s been part
of a team that partnered with Boeing on a
campaign that won one of the Public Relations
Society of America’s top honors for issues
communications, and he’s won North American
industry group awards for both print and digital
content creation, social media use and execu-
tive communications.
Robin Bishop is a regional writer and ed-
itor who transplanted from Montana to Wash-
ington state in 1987. She married a local boy,
raised a family, and then fell back into a lifelong
writing passion. Robin has a BA in Professional
and Creative Writing from Central Washington
University, and is the past editor of Catalyst
business and innovation magazine.

Mary Kaye Bredeson is the Execu-
tive Director of the Center of Excellence for
Aerospace and Advanced Manufacturing,
housed at Everett Community College. For
the past 15 years, she has brought her lead-
ership skills to higher education in promot-
ing Washington’s economic and workforce
development initiatives in aerospace and
advanced manufacturing.
Fiona McKay, recently joined the PNAA as
Business Development Director, on the anniver-
sary of her 10th year in Aerospace. Her prin-
cipal responsibilities include the development
and strengthening of relationships with both the
Pacific Northwest and International Aerospace
community, supporting the development and
delivery of the PNAA’s networking and market
intelligence events, and using her knowledge
of the industry to enhance the evolution of
PNAA’s mission and growth.
Staci Nelson is the executive coordinator
for the Inland Northwest Aerospace Consor-
tium. She has more than 20 years of experience
in leading volunteer-driven organizations and
trade associations in their efforts to fulfill their
missions and serve their constituencies. She
is based in Spokane but supports aerospace
manufacturers all along the northwest’s I-90
Corridor.
