He said another challenge can be in making the transition
out of the project. When they are leading the technical conversation
and certification, they need to ensure they are providing
education and resources once they are “out of the picture.”
Both Briscoe and Human are hopeful for continued growth.
Briscoe noted how nimble the company can be and because
of the depth of their skills sets, he sees them as “free agents”
at some point for new product development, especially in the
area of disruptive ideas.
He concluded, “Yes, AeroTEC can still perform the standard
‘old school’ flight test certification functions but we also have
the capability to pivot and help the new disruptive concepts.
We see the future as unlimited.”
