When they are leading the technical conversation and certification, they need to ensure they are providing education and resources once they are “out of the picture.” Both Briscoe and Human are hopeful for continued growth. Briscoe noted how nimble the company can be and because of the depth of their skills sets, he sees them as “free agents” at some point for new product development, especially in the area of disruptive ideas.
