I asked Pat if they have any unique business philosophies at Klinger IGI . He said , “ Yes ! It all starts with people . We are highly collaborative , and people see this once they work with us . We need to know what the customer wants , and after , we are still going to talk with them and make sure that they ’ re satisfied with what they received .” Pat went on to share that they do not have silos internally , but focus on cross-functional work , both internally and externally , powered by a very team-driven collaborative philosophy . They intentionally are not insulated or hierarchical . They do focus on price , quality , and delivery schedule — but for them , it all starts with having the right people who can collaborate and are passionate about their work . Pat was a pilot in the military , where he learned the concept of building energetic and mission-driven teams that make their mark by being ready to serve and constantly striving to improve . Pat really enjoys the industry , his people , the customers , the future and what they provide . According to their customers , this really shines through when working with Klinger IGI .
