Debbie Lee , in fact , started as a project manager , was promoted to operations manager , and then to the CEO position .
With many of their weekly culture lessons , there are many ways to construct growth for future employees . They range from :
Think and act like an owner Think team first Be process driven Deliver results Be relentless about improvement
These are just a handful of the 28 cultural tenets that they review each week within smaller teams . Once they complete all 28 , they start over again . Lee said that there is opportunity to come into the company without skills or an education and to , “ become whatever you ’ d like to be .”
Lee is excited about the new facility and their personnel , “ We ’ ve been able to hire really smart people .” He said that the quality of professionals makes it a great place to work .
Lee concluded , “ We have a nice facility , really nice . There is a beautiful lunchroom for employees with lockers ; we have clean , spotless bathrooms , and a clean production floor .”
Tool Gauge is a company committed to the aerospace industry in Washington , and is always improving regarding data , processes , and personnel in their bright new factory in Tacoma .
