Kostelyk emphasized the importance of training and their drive for employee longevity . She said they are proud of employee tenure and their training programs . “ We want our employees to stay with us ; we take pride in our employees and what we ’ ve been able to do .” She said many employees don ’ t come from the aerospace industry , but many excel , and some move on to bigger companies as their careers progress . Still , they have employees who have longevity with the company and feel “ happy and well taken care of .”
Making a difference with customers
While many of their customers are aerospace-related , they also provide manufacturing for food service companies like Cascade Coffee , Inc . George Danas , the company ’ s innovation and sustainability manager , works with suppliers to find goods and services their customers request .
He ’ s worked with Bridgeways since 2021 and has had 2,500 store displays manufactured .
When searching for a manufacturer , he heard about Bridgeways through a family friend , “ I learned that they support veterans and others with mental health issues .”

Although they didn ’ t have specific food service manufacturing experience when he approached them , Danas said , “ They were eager to meet our food safety requirements and quickly assigned a team to attend our online Food Safety courses . It was an early indicator of their commitment to meet customer requirements .”
Overall , he finds the manufacturing facility to be professional and flexible . He said they meet their timelines , and the facility is clean and organized . He said they can rapidly pivot and meet tight deadlines .
