To combat this , Bridgeways is a social service enterprise that offers solutions to these problems , aiming to promote long-term success and employment for those in need .

The Everett-based company is known for aerospace industry assembly and offers 99 percent on-time delivery , 99.74 percent quality rating , and 99.94 percent quality and efficiency ( first pass yield ). Capabilities include electrical and mechanical assembly , custom fulfillment / kitting , die cutting , and tool refurbishment .

They also provide planning , procurement , storage and materials management , and packing and shipping .
