Mike joined Orion in 2015 as the Operations Manager . His resume includes 20 years of aerospace experience in management at Arnprior Aerospace , Flow International and HYDRO Systems USA . Throughout Mike ’ s career he has been responsible for operational cost cutting and has accomplished this with Continuous Quality Improvement activities and the implementation of Lean concepts .

Prior to joining Bridgeways in February 2020 , Andrea owned and operated MOSAIC Rehabilitation & Therapy Clinics providing adult and pediatric physical therapy , occupational therapy , speech language pathology , psychology , and behavioral health services . She is a licensed and certified speech language pathologist . Her passion is advocating for and working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders .

Mike worked in the orthopedic manufacturing industry from 1991-2007 , holding the positions of Technical Services Manager , Product Development Manager , Director of Research and Development and Director of Operations . Mike joined Aero-Plastics as the General Manager and is currently the CEO after purchasing the company in 2017 . Aero-Plastics has earned the Boeing Performance Excellence Award for 16 consecutive years , every year since 2007 , as well as Supplier of the Year in 2013 .
