Welcome to the 23rd Annual PNAA Conference , the premier event for the Pacific Northwest ’ s aerospace industry . This year ’ s theme is “ Beyond Limits ,” reflecting our commitment to help you overcome the challenges and seize the opportunities of the post-pandemic recovery .

The aerospace industry is facing unprecedented demand for new commercial aircraft in the midst of supply chain disruptions , labor shortages , and rising material costs . These issues pose significant risks to many of our member organizations , especially the small and medium-sized enterprises ( SMEs ) that are the backbone of our industry .
As a PNAA board member and an SME manager myself , I know how important it is to share best practices and learn from each other ’ s experiences . That ’ s why we have designed this conference to provide you with valuable insights , networking opportunities , and practical solutions to help you grow your business and stay competitive .
You will hear from the industry ’ s finest on how they are adapting to changing market conditions and what they expect for the future . You will also have the chance to connect with your industry peers and potential partners at various events , such as Thursday ' s B2B Fair and Tuesday and Wednesday ' s networking receptions . These are great occasions to exchange ideas , build relationships , and hear the latest industry news .
