The technology currently available for aircraft implementation may be beyond the wildest dreams of some . But it is now much more than visioning , as these technologies are here and ready to be manufactured .
According to Justin Watson , customer success manager , “ OEMs that utilize Rosen technology are Gulfstream , Embraer , Dassault , Bombardier , and Cessna , and we also provide products for Collins , Honeywell and Lufthansa Technik . Rosen has provided jointly produced solutions found on Emirates Boeing 777s in the commercial airline market .” He noted that in 2022 , there will be additional announcements for larger commercial airline projects . He concluded , “ Rosen has signed formal partnership agreements with Japan-OLED ( JOLED ) and Devialet , French hi-res audio experts .”
Finneman said that they , “ design for fit , form , function in aviation ,” which he said makes it easier to build in longevity . He added , “ especially if you design a display and think , what ’ s the next thing ( next version / iteration ) that will go into that space ? Things on the aircraft don ’ t change , how do you design to make the customer ’ s lives easier ?”
Sparks has said , “ We are designing the customer experience at 30,000 feet .”
