Companies that complete the entire engagement are invited to join a statewide peer-to-peer CEO Roundtable group that meets once a month for two hours to discuss issues in a confidential setting , currently via Zoom . The Thrive ! program manager facilitates the CEO Roundtables . This is a pilot program currently funded by a grant and is offered at no cost to Thrive ! company CEOs .
