Based on the foundations ’ highly successful System for Integrated Growth ® ( SIG ), subject matter experts address just-in-time issues impacting your company . The Thrive ! program is for companies at pivotal points in their growth , diversification and expansion , providing information to grow sales and achieve higher profits .
Companies ideally suited for Thrive !/ SIG are private , for-profit businesses that have been operating in a Washington State community for at least two years , employ between six to ninety-nine employees , generate annual revenue between $ 1- $ 50 million ( pre-COVID ), have both an appetite and aptitude to grow and provide products and services beyond the local area .
The Thrive !/ SIG team of nationally-recognized experts provides best practices and valuable data to help you better manage and grow your company through a customizable approach to your specific company goals . The team has expertise in aerospace , manufacturing , supply chain , mergers and acquisitions and dozens more areas that can positively impact and accelerate your company ’ s growth .

Thrive !/ SIG is delivered virtually through a series of Zoom meetings and a secure , online portal , so you never need to leave your office . Your part in Thrive ! will take about eight hours over four to eight weeks .
The total cost of the program is $ 4,275 . Commerce pays for steps 1-3 ($ 1,275 ). The business pays for steps 4-5 ($ 3,000 ).
The process for engagement involves our Commerce program manager working directly with your company and guiding you through the application and engagement . There are five steps to the Thrive !/ SIG engagement :

STEP 1 : The Needs Assessment Call . Once you are accepted into the program , a team leader will schedule a one to one-and-a-half hour needs assessment call with you .
STEP 2 : Scope of Work . Based on the needs assessment , your team leader will formulate a scope of work for you . Once you ’ ve reviewed this , a SWAT call will be scheduled for you to meet with your team of experts .
