In October , Aerospace Futures Alliance held our 16th Aerospace Summit in-person at the Museum of Flight in Seattle , Washington . This annual event brought together the top thought leaders in Washington ’ s aerospace industry . Senior executives and innovative entrepreneurs shared their insight into the most pressing issues impacting our industry and discussed new solutions to the challenges and opportunities ahead for aviation

Each year , AFA recognizes the companies and individuals who exemplify the very best of Washington ’ s aerospace ecosystem during our summit ’ s Aerospace Awards Ceremony . Award winners are servant-leaders who routinely go out of their way to support the growth and well-being of our entire aerospace community .

AFA Company of the Year – AeroTEC
At AeroTEC , testing , engineering , and certification ( TEC ) are quite literally in their name . From humble beginnings in 2003 , AeroTEC has aimed to design a one-stop turnkey flight testing , engineering , data analysis , and certification business designed to bring products to market quickly , efficiently , and on budget .
AeroTEC now drives innovation and attracts global customers to Washington at three locations across the state . Their headquarters and engineering offices are located just north of Boeing Field ( KBFI ) in Seattle while the AeroTEC Flight Test Center is located in Moses Lake , Washington ( KMWH ) and the AeroTEC Manufacturing Center is located in Arlington , Washington ( KAWO ).
